Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, call-outs and refunds are handled.

1. Cancellations

If a booking needs to be cancelled or moved, the client should notify Flashbox Solutions as early as possible.

2. Call-out fees

Call-out or inspection fees may be payable where a team member travels to inspect, diagnose or assess a job. Such fees may not be refundable once the call-out has taken place.

3. Custom work and materials

Deposits paid for specially ordered materials, parts or custom arrangements may be non-refundable where costs have already been incurred.

4. Completed work

Refunds are generally not provided for completed work that has been delivered according to the agreed scope. If an issue arises, the client should contact Flashbox Solutions so the matter can be reviewed.

5. Quote changes

If the job changes after inspection or if additional work is required, the client will be informed before additional work proceeds where reasonably possible.
